Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Right Chop or AccuFiling, we aim to provide you with the best quality fresh meat delivered to your doorstep. Since our products are perishable in nature, we follow strict guidelines for refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it or before it is dispatched from our store. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect (different from the order placed).
  • The product is spoiled, damaged, or compromised in quality at the time of delivery (photo/video proof must be shared immediately).
  • Order was charged but not delivered due to technical/operational issues.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds if:

  • You change your mind after delivery.
  • Incorrect delivery address, contact number, or unavailability at the delivery location.
  • Delay caused due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Failure to store/handle the meat properly after delivery leading to spoilage.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card/Wallet).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI (you’ll need to share your details with our support team).
