1. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver within Delhi.
• If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Orders placed before 10 PM are delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next day.
• In case of unexpected delays (weather, traffic, operational issues), our team will keep you updated.

3. Delivery Slots

• Customers can choose their preferred delivery slot at checkout.
• We strive to deliver within the selected time window.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery is free for orders above ₹300.
• A nominal delivery fee of ₹70 applies for orders below the minimum.

5. Packaging & Freshness

• All products are packed in food-grade, hygienic, and temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness.
• For meat items, insulated boxes with ice packs are used to preserve quality during transit.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive real-time updates via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
• For any concerns, you can contact our customer support.

7. Failed Deliveries

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to reach you by phone.
• In case of failed delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship outside our service areas.
• Currently, we only provide local deliveries and not courier-based national shipping due to perishable nature of our products.
