Welcome to Right Chop or AccuFiling (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our Services.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use our Services.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Account Registration
- To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Products & Services
- Right Chop provides fresh meat products including chicken, mutton, and fish, delivered to your doorstep.
- Product images shown are for representation purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
- All products are subject to availability.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payments must be made through approved secure payment gateways (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, COD where available).
- We do not store your card/bank details.
5. Order, Delivery & Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via SMS/email/app notification.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, availability).
- You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address/contact details, no refund will be provided.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of meat products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
- Refunds are provided only if:
- The order is cancelled before dispatch.
- The product delivered is incorrect, spoiled, or damaged (with proof shared immediately upon delivery).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
7. User Obligations
By using our Services, you agree that you will not:
- Misuse our platform or services in any unlawful manner.
- Attempt to interfere with our systems, servers, or security.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions.
- Use our Services for commercial resale without authorization.
8. Intellectual Property
- All logos, trademarks, product names, designs, images, and content on Right Chop platforms are the intellectual property of the Company.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to ensure safe, hygienic, and timely delivery, but Right Chop is not liable for:
- Delays caused by third-party delivery agents or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any health issues arising due to improper storage or handling of meat after delivery.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
10. Privacy
Use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we handle your personal data.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms, or
- Misuse our Services in any unlawful way.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, India].
